Inspired by ancestory
Our family business name is inspired by a little town very close to Hassan district in Karnataka. The 32 year old company is headquartered at Navi Mumbai with an R & D centre at Electronic city Bangalore. Our major manufacturing activities take place at the MIDC Turbhe plant.
Passionate about chemistry
Being a Masters in Organic chemistry from Mumbai University, our MD and founder -Satyanand Rao, and having a rich technical experience with various speciality manufacturing companies, he established a set up to cater to the antimicrobial requirements in the Animal healthcare industry. Following his footsteps, the Director today , Surabhi Rao, a biochemist herself, has diversified into human hygiene by launching the division called Bioprotekt.
