Founder & Managing Director
Satyanand Rao is highly qualified with a rich academic and enviable service career to his credit. After securing First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Microbiology from Bombay University, he went on to do Masters in Science, in Organic Chemistry from Bombay University. He has also completed his Owner Management Program from S J Jain Institute of management. Besides extensive rural travelling in India, he has widely travelled internationally as well. He believes in encouraging young entrepreneurs who have a positive outlook and are willing to dedicate themselves to the cause that they have undertaken.

Surabhi Rao is the Director and Product development head of her family business Narsipur Chemicals Pvt Ltd. Surabhi graduated with a degree in the subject Biochemistry, in the year 2009 from Ramnarain Ruia College and then a post-graduate degree in the same subject from Mumbai University.

Mohini Madiwala has been with Narsipur since 2010 and heads general operations and administration. She is a graduate in Commerce and looks after internal communications, human resource management, logistics and purchase. Srinath is a B.Sc., LLB, CAIIB. He retired as Chairman of Karur Vysya Bank Ltd. He was earlier Executive Director at Bank of Baroda. He Has more than 4 decades of experience in the Banking industry, with varied exposure to different facets of banking. Experienced in lending to MSME as well as large corporates besides Retail and Priority lending. The strong areas being HR & IT. Widely travelled overseas, being in charge of international operations in Bank of Baroda. Was the Chairman of Bank of Baroda Trinidad and Tobago, Chairman of Bank of Baroda Ghana, Director on the board of IIFC, UK, London, Founder Director of Canara HSBC OBC insurance company.
